This high-quality nonstick reversible griddle features a grill side for perfect sears on steaks and vegetables and a flat side for sandwiches and hearty breakfasts.

The ZLINE Reversible Enameled Cast Iron Range Griddle is compatible across all 30 in., 36 in., and 48 in. models for the following range series: CDR, CGR, HDR, HGR, SDR, and SGR.

This griddle was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to place it atop any grate on your range; do not place griddles atop multiple grates.

Simply clean your griddle with warm soapy water, rinse, and wipe dry with a soft lint-free cloth; do not place the griddle in the dishwasher.
